General Notary Fee Schedule
Fee includes actual notarization(s) and travel fee based on distance:
Notary Fee
$1.25 MA state notary fee for each stamp/signature required (does not included in travel fee)
$25.00 for each witness required that our office has to provide

$50.00 up to 15 mile distance from Zip Code 01522

State Apostille Services
$145.00 per Apostille. This fee includes any and all application fees, processing fees, and standard shipping fees (this does not include expedited shipping or international shipping charges). 1 Apostille is included in this fee. The processing time for standard shipping fees includes an estimated 10 business days
$175.00 per Apostille. This fee includes any and all application fees, processing fees, and travel fees (this does not include expedited shipping or international shipping charges). We will obtain the actual Apostille (s) as part of the service. The processing time for this service is an average of 1-3 business days (expedited service for Massachusetts Resident Only).
$25.00 for each additional Apostille required that is for the same state (Massachuetts).
Example-If you have 2 birth certificates and 2 marriage certificates issued in the same state, your total cost will be: $145 + $25 + $25 + $25 = $ 220
(The above is example of 10 day processing time. For expedited service please add an additional $30)
Federal Apostille Services
This is for federal documents such as FBI reports, social security letters, certificates or birth abroad, and/or any other document issued by a government entity or their branches.
$195.00 per Apostille. This fee includes any and all application fees, processing fees, and standard shipping fees. The processing time for standard shipping fees includes an estimated 10 business days.
$25.00 for each additional Apostille required that is for the same state
